HOW TO MEASURE
- When measuring make sure you have a slight bend in your knee, about 30 degrees.
- Use a flexible tape to measure
- Place the end of the measuring tape at the middle of your kneecap and drop down 6” inches from the middle of your kneecap.
- Make a mark where the 6” inches stop.
- From that point, measure the circumference around your lower leg.
