Return and Exchange Policy

How do I exchange/return an item?

  • Items may be exchanged for a different size/returned, provided they are returned to us within 7 days from receiving the goods.
  • We currently do not cover cost of return shipping. The customer will be responsible for the postage of and the safe return of the goods. An additional postage and packaging charge for the exchange item, at the relevant rate, may apply.
  • We are not responsible for items that are lost in the post, so we recommend you use a postal tracking service or a service that insures you for the value of the package.
  • Exchanges can be made for any product of equal or lesser value than the product being returned.
  • If stock is unavailable at the time your exchange is processed a refund will be issued instead.
  • We cannot reship any returned items if exchange requests can't be fulfilled.
  • If a higher-priced item is requested a refund for the returned product will be issued.
  • Orders cancelled after dispatch of the goods will be refunded only once the items are returned to us, and may be subject to a deduction for postage and packaging costs.
  • If you are returning your entire order, please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • In the unlikely event that you've received an incorrect item, are missing an item from your order, or an item is damaged in any way, please reach out to our team here within 7 days from receiving goods.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

Item(s) being returned/exchanged must meet the following conditions or they may be subject to denial -

  • Items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer
  • Items must be returned as new, with no blemish, defect or parts missing
  • Items may be tried on for sizing, but not used for a workout.
  • Items must not have excessive wrinkling
  • Items must not be covered in animal/human hair or lint
  • Items with strong odours or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, etc., will not be accepted.
  • Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
  • We cannot accept returns (including issuing refunds) or exchanges on any socks or other undergarment pieces due to hygiene reasons.
  • Product tags must be attached and the item(s) in their original packaging.

Final Sale Return/Exchange Policy –

Any and all items that are discounted on the site are final and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Refund / Exchange Process

After your return package has been delivered to our facility, please allow our team 2 business days to inspect and process the item(s) for both refunds and exchanges.

Refund Requests:

If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process a refund back to your original payment method used on the order. You will receive a refund notification via email and the funds can take up to 5 business days to process back to your payment method.

Exchange Requests:

  • If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will process your exchange request based on stock availability.
  • If stock is available a new order will be created for your exchange request and you will receive a confirmation email with those new details.
  • If stock is unavailable a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment on the order. Please note, returns will not be reshipped if stock is unavailable.
